Best in Show: Carolina Herrera's '40s Femme Fatale
The Carolina Herrera show made my heart skip a beat, made me swoon, gush and move about in my seat with joy. It's safe to say, that I loved everything about this collection...the 1940s re-imagined in 2013, modern victory rolls and all! iHeart.
